AuthenTec to Exhibit and Speak at Linley Tech Spring Conference

 

AuthenTec Security Expert Steve Singer to Discuss the Creation of a Trusted Platform Solution Using Cryptographic Hardware and Software 

Melbourne, Fla., May 14, 2010 – AuthenTec (NASDAQ: AUTH), a leading provider of security, identity management and touch control solutions, today announced that it will exhibit and present at the Linley Tech Spring Conference being held May 18-19, 2010 at the DoubleTree Hotel in San Jose, California. 

AuthenTec (formerly SafeNet Embedded Security Solutions) will highlight their embedded security technology for high-speed networking devices including set top boxes, femtocells, home media gateways, multifunction printers, as well as mobile applications. 

Steve Singer, Worldwide Systems Engineering Manager for AuthenTec, will address a session on Platform Architecture and Design with a presentation entitled “How to Create a Trusted Platform Solution using Cryptographic Hardware and Software.”  Mr. Singer will present on May 18 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm Pacific Time.
