Acer's new Tempo M900 world phone leverages many touch-powered user features offered via a built-in AuthenTec sensor. The M900 incorporates AuthenTec's AES1711 sensor for for multiple functions including touch-powered user navigation, personalization, convenience and security that includes file, folder and program lock with the swipe of a finger.
The AES1711 sensor is mounted on the front of the handset for easy accessibility to its touch-powered features, including AuthenTec’s TrueNav navigation feature that translates 360 degrees of finger movement across AuthenTec’s sensor into touchpad-like control.
Acer’s M900 is a feature-packed quad-band world phone powered by Windows Mobile 6.1 offering 3.5G, GPS, Wi-Fi, FM radio and Bluetooth connectivity; a large 3.8” WVGA high-resolution OLED screen, sliding Qwerty Keyboard, dual cameras (including a 5 Megapixel auto-focus camera and a VGA camera with video call capability), TV output, and a microSD card slot.
